About PeasyOrders
PeasyOrders turns emailed orders into structured drafts your team reviews before anything touches QuickBooks Online. It's built by a small, independent team. This page is who we are and why we're building it.
What is PeasyOrders?
PeasyOrders is order capture software for small and mid-sized US wholesale distributors on QuickBooks Online. It reads the email, the PDF attached, and the spreadsheet, applies each customer's price, and turns the order into a structured draft. You review everything before it touches QuickBooks.
Your customers won't change how they order. Now you won't have to retype it.
Why does PeasyOrders exist?
It started in a family business. At the heart of it was manual work that created friction, didn't scale, discouraged the people doing it, and invited errors. Watching that, day after day, led to a simple thought: I can solve this — let me think it over.
The thinking-it-over part mattered. Everyone else seemed to frame the problem the same way, so we let ourselves rethink it from scratch. The answer wasn't asking customers to order differently — it was reading the orders they already send.
Who builds it?
PeasyOrders is built by Mark Calo, an engineer, with his wife's help. It's bootstrapped — no investors, no board — and built fully remote from the countryside. Small on purpose: when you write to us, you talk to the people who made the product.
What we believe
- The system suggests, the operator validates. Nothing is confirmed or exported on its own. Every written order becomes a draft your team confirms.
- Every number knows where it came from. Each value shows its source, so trust never depends on faith.
- Honesty over hype. We'd rather tell you what PeasyOrders doesn't do than let you find out later. We keep a plain-language page — AI info — that says exactly what it is and is not, for people and AI assistants alike.
