Flags, not guesses
Only data the system is sure of gets pre-filled. Anything ambiguous is flagged for a human decision. Anything missing stays empty until your team fills it in. When only your customer has the answer, ask them by email — the reply links back to the order. Nothing is submitted automatically.

Pricing
The right price for every customer, every time — the pricing QuickBooks can't do.
Connect QuickBooks and PeasyOrders reads your past invoices — once — to propose each customer's price for each product. You accept, adjust, or discard; you can also import prices by CSV. Every applied price shows the rule that set it: customer price, list price, or base price.

Export
From review to QuickBooks in one click
A final review step always: complete what's missing, confirm, and the order lands in QuickBooks Online as an Estimate (configurable) — or exports to Google Sheets and CSV. On confirm, PeasyOrders can also send your customer a structured order confirmation (configurable, with per-customer opt-out). Export issues are visible and retryable, never silent.

Team
Built for a small office, not an IT project
Self-serve onboarding. Two roles: an admin who manages settings, users, billing, and the QuickBooks connection — and operators who process and validate orders. Every plan includes 3, 6, or 12 users — the first user is the admin, who invites the rest. Usage is always visible: clear warnings at 70% and 90% of your monthly quota, and at 100% only new confirmations pause until you upgrade.

What PeasyOrders does not do
- It is not an ERP.
- It is not an accounting system.
- It is not an inventory management system.
- It is not a B2B marketplace or customer-facing portal.
- It does not replace QuickBooks or your CRM.
Frequently asked questions
Is PeasyOrders an ERP?
No. PeasyOrders is an order capture layer. It complements systems like QuickBooks Online rather than replacing them.
Does PeasyOrders manage inventory?
No. Inventory remains in your existing tools. PeasyOrders produces structured order drafts from the SKU information you provide.
Do customers need to log in to a portal?
No. PeasyOrders is built for distributors whose customers will not adopt a portal. Customers keep emailing orders the way they already do — and phone orders can be added manually in one click.
Which QuickBooks does it work with?
QuickBooks Online, with a native integration. QuickBooks Desktop is not supported.
