Only orders your team confirms count toward the monthly limit. Incoming emails, drafts, questions to customers, and re-exports don't.
What happens if I reach my plan's limit?
You'll see it coming — clear warnings at 70% and 90% of your quota. At 100%, only new confirmations pause until you upgrade (one click); incoming orders, drafts, and questions keep working.
Who counts as a user?
Every plan includes 3, 6, or 12 users — the first user is the admin, who invites the rest. Operators process and validate orders; the admin also manages settings, billing, and the QuickBooks connection.
