Refund Policy

This page summarizes when and how PeasyOrders refunds a payment. It restates the refund terms of our Terms of Service (Sections 4 and 5), which govern if the two ever differ.
30-day money-back guarantee
First-time subscribers may request a full refund of their first payment within 30 days of the initial charge by contacting support. The refund applies once per organization. Refunds are processed through our payment provider (Paddle) to the original payment method.
Founding subscribers
For pre-orders purchased under the founding offer, before the Service is generally available:
- Before your access opens. Cancel at any time before your access date and we refund your sign-up payment in full — 100%, no questions asked.
- The guarantee runs from your access date. The 30-day money-back guarantee counts from the date your access opens, not from the sign-up charge. It applies once per organization.
- After the guarantee. Cancellation stops the subscription from renewing: access continues until the end of the paid period, and no pro-rata or partial refunds are given for the unused remainder.
Cancellation outside the guarantee
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except as provided by the guarantee, the founding-subscriber rules above, or applicable law, fees are non-refundable.
How refunds are processed
Payments are handled by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
Email support@peasyorders.com from the address on your account, or reply to any of our emails. We may ask what didn't work — answering is optional.
